Kojo Agyemang

Kojo graduated with BSc in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He spent the first couple of years after graduation working as a Research Assistant at Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, Ghana. He then completed an MS in Pharmacology at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China working on natural product target mechanisms during platelet aggregation. He is currently a PhD candidate investigating ER stress as a mechanism of action for polymorphic TGFBR1*6A promotion of breast cancers. He enjoys anything by the riverside, be it reading, hiking, running, or biking.
