Clinical and Translational Science Institute – 2022 Mentor Academy – RFA          Application Deadline: Friday, October 22nd          The Wake Forest Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is accepting applications for the 2022 CTSI Mentor Academy, a formal, evidence-based, 6-month didactic and experiential training program to enhance the mentoring skills of mid-career and early senior clinical and translational researchers. Early career investigators with significant mentoring responsibilities are also invited to apply. The 2022 Mentor Academy will begin in January 2022 and end in June 2022.          Eligibility: Mid-level or early senior investigators, or early career investigators with significant mentoring responsibilities, from Wake Forest School of Medicine, Atrium or regional academic institutions currently involved in, or interested in, mentoring researchers at all career stages are eligible to apply for the Mentor Academy. Women and underrepresented minorities are encouraged to apply. Center for Redox Biology and Medicine (CRBM) Request for Applications for Pilot Awards          The CRBM is seeking proposals for projects in need of support to advance research in the area of redox biology and medicine aligned with the strategic areas of emphasis of our institution. Wake Forest Center for Biomedical Informatics RFA for Pilot Awards          WFBMI is seeking proposals for innovative and translational informatics solutions to healthcare and biomedical research problems. Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine Intramural Pilot Funding Program          The WFIRM Intramural Pilot Funding Program is designed to promote innovative and collaborative translational research within the WF community. Critical Illness, Injury, and Recovery Research Center (CIIRRC) Request for Applications for Pilot Awards          CIIRRC seeks innovative interdisciplinary applications for clinical, and translational pilot research projects related to critical illness and injury. Existing or newly formed inter-disciplinary teams are encouraged to apply. Preliminary/pilot data are not required. Pilots should address key issues within acute and critical care environments that can be rapidly implemented to generate actionable data related to CIIRRC’s mission.
