Projects focused on understanding biological risk factors and optimal treatment for under-served populations or which address the specific COVID-19 related needs of our clinical population will be prioritized. This mechanism is open to all research types ranging from fundamental basic science to population-based projects. Applications to support negatively impacted projects that are interdisciplinary, related to the Academic Learning Health System, or focused on health equity research are encouraged. Up to $50,000 in direct costs. All funds to be spent in a 1-year period.
